METHOD FOR DIAGNOSTICS OF DEVELOPMENT OF CHRONIC RENAL INSUFFICIENCY IN CHILDREN WITH CHRONIC DISEASE OF KIDNEY

摘要

Method for diagnostics of development of chronic renal insufficiency in children with chronic disease of kidney includes determination of biochemical characteristics of blood and urine. One performs determination of level of ferments with different intercellular localization in urine of children and if level of cholinesterase, gamma-glutamat-transferase, succinate-dehydrogenase and acid phosphatase in urine is increased compared to norm or previous one, development of chronic renal insufficiency is diagnosed.
