PURPOSE: A detecting method, a measuring method thereof, and a device thereof are provided to trace the irradiation location of a hedron beam by simultaneously counting positron annihilation gamma-rays generated by the nuclear interaction.;CONSTITUTION: A detector device for therapeutic hadron beam(200) includes a detecting part having the unit detector(215). The unit detector is arranged to be symmetrical to the irradiation location of a beam. The unit detector comprises an optical detecting part(209), an optical sensor(211), and a signal processing part(213). The optical detecting part outputs a first signal by detecting positron annihilation gamma-rays. The optical sensor comprises a 2nX2n channel corresponding to the optical detector. The signal processing part is located between the array where an anger logic is applied and the arranged resistor. The signal processing part comprises an input node connected to the channel of the optical sensor one-to-one.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
