PURPOSE: A detecting method, a measuring method thereof, and a device thereof are provided to trace the irradiation location of a hedron beam by simultaneously counting positron annihilation gamma-rays generated by the nuclear interaction.;CONSTITUTION: A detector device for therapeutic hadron beam(200) includes a detecting part having the unit detector(215). The unit detector is arranged to be symmetrical to the irradiation location of a beam. The unit detector comprises an optical detecting part(209), an optical sensor(211), and a signal processing part(213). The optical detecting part outputs a first signal by detecting positron annihilation gamma-rays. The optical sensor comprises a 2nX2n channel corresponding to the optical detector. The signal processing part is located between the array where an anger logic is applied and the arranged resistor.
