PURPOSE: A producing method of a bismuth telluride nanostructure, and the bismuth telluride nanostructure are provided to obtain the high thermoelectric performance value.;CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a bismuth telluride nanostructure with various shapes comprises the following steps: melting bismuth chloride and tellurium powder to distilled water, separately, and mixing; heat-processing the mixed solution; and synthesizing the bismuth telluride nanostructure with the solution. The bismuth telluride nanostructure is formed in a shape selected from the group consisting of a nanoparticle, a nanocapsule, a nanowire, and a nanotube.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
