PURPOSE: A reinforcement joint for a steel pipe truss bridge and a steel pipe truss bridge construction method using the same are provided to stabilize trussed structure by dispersing stress transmitted through a truss member, since the stress is not only focused on an joint. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcement joint for a steel pipe truss bridge comprises a connection of upper and lower chords and a joint. The connection of upper and lower chords is formed at both ends of upper and lower chords(110a). The joint is formed at regular intervals between both ends of upper and lower chords. The joint has a vertical opening. A reinforcement body is inserted into the opening. The reinforcement body has a vertical reinforcement plate and a circular reinforcement plate.
