PURPOSE: An inspection method of a chip on glass type liquid crystal display device for a small model used for a mobile terminal is provided to prevent a manufacturing cost increase by defect determination error by accurately determining the block dim fault.;CONSTITUTION: A first substrate is defined as an upper unit, a lower unit, a left unit and a right unit. A plurality of gate and data wires is formed in a pixel area by interlinking a display area on the first substrate. A switching thin film transistor is formed in each pixel region while being connected to the gate and data line. A pixel electrode(120) is formed in each pixel region while being connected to the work electrode of the switching thin film transistor.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
