PURPOSE: A writing instrument is provided to coat a bad taste material at the top part of the writing instrument.;CONSTITUTION: A writing instrument(1), has a coating layer(20) composed of bad taste material. The coating layer is formed at the top of the writing instrument. The bad taste material is a general chemical material and is not harmful to a human body. The coating material is repeatedly coated in order to make a thick coating layer. The coating layer is not easily recognized in order to minimize the bad feeling on it.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
