PURPOSE: A clock using power line communication and a method for transmitting time information are provided to supply standard time or time based on GPS to national projects and a private proposal project through a power line.;CONSTITUTION: A power line(110) transmits a certain power. A time output unit(210) outputs time information signal corresponding to time information. A signal combining unit(220) interlinks the power line and time output unit. The signal combining unit combines the outputted time information signal with the power signal in the power line. A filter(310) extracting the time information signal is connected to the end of the power line and extracts the time information signal having a certain frequency band.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
