A study on radio resource allocation method with various data rate transmission for wideband mobile communication systems - taking the frequency and transmited power resources into consideration at the same time

In mobile communication systems with limited radio resources, which are frequency and transmitted power, various data rate transmission is one of the methods to realize high efficient multi-media communication. In this paper, we propose a new channel allocation method to assign fairly for all of users taking the limited transmitted power into consideration as a premise of various data rare transmission. We also discuss a method to operate it in mobile communication network.
