摘要

PURPOSE: A thin film type solar cell and a method of manufacturing the same, and a thin film type solar cell module and a solar light generating system using the same are provided to make cell widths of the second unit cells broader than cell widths of the first unit cells, thereby realizing uniform energy conversion efficiency in the entire unit cell.;CONSTITUTION: A plurality of unit cells is separated with a separation unit(600) on a substrate(100). The unit cells comprise the first unit cell set and the second unit cell set. The first unit cell set is composed of at least one first unit cell of the first cell width(W1). The second unit cell set is composed of at least one second unit cell of the second cell width(W2). The second cell widths of the second unit cells are 5~20% broader than the first cell widths of the first unit cells.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
