PURPOSE: A magnetic field generating device, a magnetic field generating method, a low magnetic field nuclear magnetic resonance device, and a low magnetic field magnetic resonance image device are provided to use a super conductive line instead of a prepolarizing coil, thereby reducing heating due to a current.;CONSTITUTION: A dewar(110) comprises a low temperature liquid coolant. A prepolarizing coil(120) is arranged in the dewar and includes a super conductive line. A coil driving unit(130) forms a prepolarizing magnetic field(Bp) by controlling a current in the prepolarizing coil. A sensor unit(140) measures a nuclear magnetic resonance signal by a sample(191).
