PURPOSE: The optical shielding film of an image sensor using the color filter in a complementary color elation is provided to improve the productivity of the image sensor by minimizing the thickness of an optical shielding filter. ;CONSTITUTION: A first color filter layer(124) is formed on the peripheral circuit region of an image sensor. A second color filter layer(122) is formed on the first color filter layer. The second color filter layer and the first color filter layer include complementary color spectrum.
