PURPOSE: A colored photosensitive resin composition, a colored pattern using the composition, a color filter including the colored pattern, a complementary metal oxide film semiconductor image sensor including the color filter are provided to obtain an ultramicronized colored pattern and to improve residue smudge characteristic.;CONSTITUTION: A colored photosensitive resin composition includes a coloring agent, a binder polymer, a photopolymerizable compound, a photo-polymerization initiator, and a solvent with propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate and dialkylene glycol alkyl ether. The dialkylene glycol alkyl ether is one or the mixture of a group including diethylene glycol monomethyl ether, diethylene glycol monoethyl ether, and diethylene glycol monobutyl ether.
