PURPOSE: A system for forming non-contact micro array pattern using ultrasonic waves is provided to easily form micro array patterns by dispersing a micro array pattern transfer device having micro holes to a substrate in a non-contact state.;CONSTITUTION: A system for transferring micro array patterns comprises: jigs(100) in which a plurality of micro-holes are formed on the lower surface thereof; reagents(200) included inside the jig; and an ultrasonic oscillator(310) which is dipped in the reagent and forms the micro array patterns to a substrate in a non-contact state by being vibrated by ultraviolet rays from an ultrasonic oscillator and spraying the reagent through the micro holes.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
