PURPOSE: A part rotating device and a vision examining device comprising the same are provided to stably support a part and rapidly rotate the part instantaneously.;CONSTITUTION: Two rotating shafts(230L,230R) are mounted so that their ends face on left and right sides of a base and they can respectively move to the left and right. A shaft rotating unit rotates the two rotating shafts. Shaft moving units(235L, 235R) moves the two rotating shafts so that the shafts approach each other or are separated.
