PURPOSE: A producing method of a sasa borealis tea composition containing vanadium, and the sasa borealis tea composition containing the vanadium are provided to offer aspartic acid of sasa borealis for improving the palatability.;CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an sasa borealis tea composition containing vanadium comprises the following: mixing purified water containing the vanadium and sasa borealis leaves in a weight ratio of 100-10:3-1, and extracting the mixture for 3-12 hours at 50-95 deg C; mixing the purified water containing the vanadium and pear in a weight ratio of 100-20:1, and extracting the mixture for 3-12 hours at 50-95 deg C: mixing 90-95wt% of sasa borealis leaf extract, 3-8wt% of pear extract, 0.1-0.3wt% of vitamin C, and 0.005-0.2wt% of citric acid, and homogenizing the mixture for 30-60 minutes at 90-110deg C; filtering the obtained sasa borealis tea composition containing the vanadium for 1-3 times using 2-20 micrometer filter; and inserting the filtered sasa borealis tea composition into a washed container, and sealing the container.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
