PURPOSE: A soy sauce composition for cooking concholepas, and a producing method of concholepas food using thereof are provided to apply the concholepas to various dishes. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of concholepas food using a soy sauce composition comprises the following steps: mixing vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, water, mustard sauce, and wasabi, and homogenizing the mixture to obtain the soy sauce composition; washing the concholepas, and slicing; melting butter or pouring oil on a heating pan, and roasting the concholepas; pouring the soy sauce composition to the concholepas; cooking beef sirloin with the butter or the oil after marinating; and inserting the cooked sirloin with the cooked concholepas, and pouring the soy sauce composition.
