PURPOSE: A coupler for connecting rebar in construction is provided to easily enhance durability of a rebar structure by easily increasing tensile strength due to the improvement of a material and easily enhance the strength of rebar concrete.;CONSTITUTION: A coupler(1) for connecting rebar in construction comprises an internal thread(1a), multiple pairs of flat portions(1b), and a slope(1c). The internal thread is formed in the coupler and is fastened to the external thread of rebar. The flat portions are formed on the upper and lower parts of the outer circumferential surface of the coupler in pair. The slope is formed on the interface between the outer circumferential central part and the flat portion of the coupler. The coupler contains Fe, C, Si, Mn, Cr, and B.
