FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to exercise therapy, in particular to teaching subject "Physical education to students, who have chronic diseases and rated to special medical group, in institutes of higher education, technical schools, colleges. Questionnaire poll of first year students is carried out. On the basis of questionnaire and medical conclusion about health state teacher of physical education forms groups, selects functional tests, which are carried out at the beginning of academic year and after each term. In order to study the theory bank of electronic educational materials is created for groups of diseases which are the most spread among students and diseases associated with smoking, alcoholism, drug abuse, stress, consisting of sections: disease; main symptoms of disease; anatomical-physiological structure of organism with pointing out organs, affected in case of the disease; main reasons and mechanisms of disease development, which cause organ pathology; recommendations on application of exercise therapy in case of organ pathology, aimed at improvement of said organs state and state of the whole organism; insertions of advertising character, containing positive information about use of physical education, bank of electronic educational materials is input into memory of personal computer. Student is given task to carry out search in the bank of educational materials. By search results in a month the student submits fulfilled task in electronic form, for example, on a laser disc or flesh card. Students are tested with evaluation of knowledge about their diseases. Theoretical lesson with talk about prevention of diseases and harmful habits, during which students are given information about harm of tobacco, drugs, alcohol, stress, the information being accompanied by demonstration on computer monitor of illustrating material in form of pictures and schemes, which show human organism, mechanisms of disease development and health-improving action of physical exercises from the bank of materials. Created is bank of description of physical exercises indicated in case of diseases which are the most spread among students, which consists of arranged in local video line physical exercises, made in form of graphic illustrations accompanied by text, with insertions of advertising character, containing information about connection of health with success in profession and business, and is input into personal computer memory. Teacher of physical education gives the task to carry out search in said bank of descriptions and prepare the task on choosing physical exercises aimed at health restoration with respect to main disease; harmful habit, which the student has, stress prevention. Teacher of physical education evaluates and corrects them. The student prepares a report in form of visual aid - leaflet with complex description. At practical lesson students of formed groups learn composed complex of exercises, which are used at exercise therapy lessons. Additionally students are recommended to do exercises on their own and keep a diary, which they submit for checking 1 time per month. After a term health of students in the same group is carried out with comparison of their personal health parametres to each other.;EFFECT: method allows to elaborate habit of independent fulfillment of physical exercises, ability to use physical activity for control over health state.;2 dwg, 2 ex
