FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to therapeutic physical exercises for students who have slight deviations in health status, and includes collection of anamnesis, estimation of students' general state, carrying out joint education with main group on the subject in regimen of classes, - taking control qualifying standards, carrying out additional classes in general physical training (GPT) for preparatory group (PG). Indices of physical development (PD) of PG students are determined: height, weight, functional state (FS) are measured, arterial pressure, heart and respiration rate, vital lung capacity are determined, Stange, Hench, Ruffie tests are conducted. By doing exercises (PE) tested are physical characteristics (FC): speed - short-distance running, tolerance - long-distance running, force tolerance of muscles - trunk flexors for girls - lifting trunk from lying position, force and force tolerance of shoulder girdle muscles for boys - pulling on the bar, dynamic force of lower extremities muscles - long standing jump. If qualifying standards of 3 or more tests are not fulfilled, PC are defined as backward and individual plan of PE is determined, for which purpose created and introduced into personal computer memory is electronic database of PE, aimed at development and improvement of PC, put in video line PE in form of graphic illustrations with text and advertising information about connection between health and success in profession and business. Students select from database of descriptions PE aimed at development and improvement of backward PC. Teacher estimates and supplements individual complex of PE. Students make a report in form of visual aids with complex description and keep a diary of self-control to be checked by teacher once a month, attend lesson in physical education with main group, additional GPT classes 2 times a week and independent lessons. At lessons with main group they do composed complex of PE for 20% of class time, at additional classes - for 40%, independent - 100% of time. When a term passes, teacher carries out control of students FS and PD and corrects complex of PE.;EFFECT: method increases efficiency of physical education classes, correcting drawbacks of PD and PC, taking into account individual dosage of loading, increasing functional possibilities and motivation for independent classes, health-improvement.;13 tbl
