FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, neurology and rehabilitation, to restoring treatment of patients in acute stage of stroke. Biological feedback (BF) and virtual reality are used, for which purpose goggles and helmet of virtual reality are installed on patient's head, sensors of motion are installed on patient's head, body and pelvic part, software, consisting of virtual environment and control elements, is downloaded and directed training of coordinated movements of head, body and pelvic region is performed by means of environment of virtual reality and motion sensors. As virtual environment applied is underwater world, as virtual object of control - dolphin. Sensitivity and symmetry of controlling movements are regulated depending on patient's state and their ability to perform movements. BF is realised by means of visual canal in associated (by dolphin's eyes) and dissociated (by eyes of outer observer over its actions) state.;EFFECT: method ensures recovery of control over basic free movements of body, head and neck in said group of patients.;4 cl
