The insert (1) has an injection tube (13) oriented centrically along a longitudinal direction of an insert reinforcement (10) that is firmly connected with a sliding film (11) on its upper and lower sides in laminar sections by gluing. The sliding film projects from edges of the reinforcement into a region of the tube, where formation of a desired crack joint is realizable after concreting above a surface of the reinforcement and in a region above the tube. The reinforcement is made of expanded metal and lattice bars (100). An independent claim is also included for a method for producing a dummy joint or a desired crack joint in casted concrete components.
