PURPOSE: A continuous construction method of a prestressed concrete beam is provided to make stable structural continuation for a PSC beam by preventing a crack in a boundary between joint concrete and a PSC beam caused by tensioning a continuous tendon. CONSTITUTION: The continuous construction method of a prestressed concrete beam comprises the steps of: placing many PSC beams(2) over a temporary spot and a permanent spot of a pier or an abutment; connecting a sheathe pipe between the PSC beams(2) to connect continuous tendons(6); placing an upper portion of joint concrete between the PSC beams(2); inserting a continuous tendon(6) to the sheathe pipe, tensioning the inserted continuous tendon(6) and prestressing; placing the lower part of the joint concrete and a slab.
