The method involves transmitting voice signals from a storage medium parallel to a mobile radio, which is registered as a target participant with network provider. A control module is provided in a mobile switching center and the storage medium is attached in an interface unit of a mobile network. A control indicator is activated by a control module in a mobile switching center. An analog voice signal is activated in the storage medium by the indicator. The indicator and the voice signal are transmitted from the mobile network by a ring tone-inner band signal.
