The method involves converting the time interval of the source signal into a spectral signal by spectral transformation. A frequency area is selected from the spectral signal. A corresponding partial band signal is formed by selecting a proper partial amount of value of the spectral signals. A transformed partial band signal is formed from the partial band signal.
