The combination process for production of building materials such as concrete and limestone using secondary raw materials, comprises premixing the secondary raw materials with basic materials of end products and then granulating the resulting mixture, and mixing the pre-mixed or pre-granulated secondary raw materials with starting materials to form a main product. A mixing ratio of all the materials is chosen according to different qualities of primary and secondary raw materials or according to variations in the quality of secondary raw materials. The combination process for mixing secondary raw materials for the production of building materials such as concrete and limestone, comprises premixing the secondary raw materials with basic materials of end products and then granulating the resulting mixture, and mixing the pre-mixed or pre-granulated secondary raw materials with starting materials to form a main product. A mixing ratio of all the materials is selected corresponding to different qualities of primary and secondary raw materials or corresponding to variations in the quality of secondary raw materials so that the granulate has optimal chemical and mechanical characteristics in order to mix and use in the starting materials for the end product. The mixing and granulation process are automatically controlled in depending upon the quality of the secondary raw materials and used base materials so that the quality of the pre-granulates such as the end products corresponds to the target values. The process further comprises heating the granules to improve the mechanical stability and heat insulation effect of the end product. The granulates are non-homogeneously mixed or specifically introduced into a predefined location of the production process so that endform of the material is defined only in interior of limestone or in interior zone of concrete reinforcement part. An energy and heat system is produced between the processes for pre-treating the secondary materials and the production of the end product through utilization of the waste heat from the limestone production for pre-drying the clarification sludge and is used within the production process for intermediate drying of granulate with waste heat from the limestone production. An independent claim is included for a device for mixing secondary raw materials for the production of building materials such as concrete and limestone.
