The wind deflector (10) has a laminar wind deflector element, particularly a wind deflector network (18) and a fixing device (24), by which the wind deflector is fixed at corresponding motor vehicle-lateral fixing retainers (26). The fixing device has a clamping device (42). The wind deflector is firmly clamped between the corresponding motor vehicle-lateral fixing retainers by clamping force of the clamping device. An independent claim is also included for a wind deflector arrangement, which has two roll bars.
