The method involves acting towards an influence of meteorological situation, and operating a rotor with rotor blades under application of energy such that air flow (3) is produced, during still air or weak wind. Swirl and/or rotating movement of the air is produced or amplified, where the air is super-imposed on a passage. Natural air movement is predicted without using a drive based on thermal difference. Wind turbines are created in proximity of borders between regions, which comprises intense heating unit, and other areas, which act as cool air generation fields. An independent claim is also included for a method for influencing weather.
