TELEGRAPH MESSAGE TRANSMISSION CONTROL PROGRAM, COMMUNICATION DEVICE, AND TELEGRAPH MESSAGE TRANSMISSION CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To complete transmission of residence telegraph messages early.;SOLUTION: A communication device stores a telegraph message to be a transmission target. The communication device reads the stored telegraph message, and transmits the readout telegraph message to a partner device. Such a communication device monitors, for example, a residence telegraph message number indicating the total number of the stored telegraph messages, a residence telegraph message length indicating a length of the total number of the telegraph messages, and a telegraph message residence time indicating a storing lapse time of the telegraph message stored at a head of a storage part, respectively, as residence conditions of the telegraph message. The communication device restricts the number of telegraph messages to be transmitted, based on the monitored residence conditions.
