PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently include a ferromagnetic body in CNT (carbon nanotube).;SOLUTION: A ferromagnetic metal plate 15 is interposed between a negative electrode 11 arranged on the surface of a substrate 7 and the substrate 7 in an alcohol 5 of a liquid or a gas being a supply source of carbon; a tip end 19 of the metal plate 15 is directed to a positive electrode arranged on the substrate, with a distance from the negative electrode; and electricity is conducted between the electrodes 9 and 11 through the substrate 7, and the tip end 19 of the metal plate 15 is irradiated with visible light or ultraviolet light to thereby deposit CNT 27 including a rod-like magnetic metal 25.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
