PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing tungsten oxide fine particles for forming a heat ray-shielding material whose transparency in a visible light region is high, shielding performance of near infrared ray region is high and heat resistance is excellent, tungsten oxide fine particles for forming a highly heat-resistant heat ray-shielding material, the dispersion which used the tungsten oxide fine particles for forming a highly heat-resistant heat ray-shielding material, and a highly heat-resistant heat ray-shielding material.;SOLUTION: The method for producing tungsten oxide fine particles for forming a highly heat-resistant heat ray-shielding material is offered, where after forming tungsten oxide particles expressed with a general formula MyWOz by calcining dry powder which was dried after mixing tungsten oxide(H2WO4) or a mixture of tungsten oxide(H2WO4) and tungsten trioxide fine particles and a mixed powder which mixed oxide or/and hydroxide of M element, and/or tungsten oxide(H2WO4) or a mixture of tungsten oxide(H2WO4) and tungsten trioxide fine particles, and one or more sorts chosen from among aqueous solution of metal salt of the M element, colloidal solution and alkoxy solution of metal oxide, in an atmosphere of a mixed gas of inert gas and reducing gas, tungsten oxide fine particles obtained by carrying out wet grinding are treated by an oxidation exposure processing under an oxygen-containing atmosphere at 50C or more and 400C or less.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
