PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately extract a keyword relevant to an analysis object phrase from a wide range.;SOLUTION: A document DB is accessed based on an analysis object keyword that is an object of extraction of relevant topics from the outside to extract a group of transmitters who had form articles containing the analysis object keyword as a group of people interested in the analysis object keyword, and a document group formed by the transmitters interested in the analysis object keyword is extracted from the document DB. The extracted document group is analyzed to extract phrases which appear in the document group as processing object phrases related to the analysis object keyword. The appearance frequency of each processing object phrase is determined, the relevancy between each processing object phrase and the analysis object keyword is calculated based on the transmitter-based deviation of the appearance frequency, and an analysis object phrase that is the relevant keyword is determined based on the calculated relevancy.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
