PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a workload of preparing evidentiary material for an legal action by extracting only digital document information relating to specific persons.SOLUTION: Recorded digital information is displayed, user-specific information is set which indicates whether or not each of multiple document files relates to any one of users included in user information, and the set user-specific information is set to be recorded in a storage unit. At least one or more users are specified, and document files set with the user-specific information corresponding to the specified users are searched. Additional information is set which indicates whether or not the retrieved document files are related to an legal action via a display unit, and on the basis of the additional information, the document files relating to the legal action are output.
