PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concealing label sheet with which a fact that concealing information is skimmed can be confirmed.;SOLUTION: This concealing label sheet 10 includes an information entry piece 11 having an information entry column 11a, a concealing piece 12 which is connected in series to one side of the information entry piece 11 and conceals the information entry column 11a at least, a release adhesive layer 13 which can re-release and re-stick the information entry piece 11 and the concealing piece 12, a protector paper 14 which protects the release adhesive layer 13, a strong bonding portion 15 to bond at least one end in normal state with the information entry piece 11 and the concealing piece 12 being bonded together, a release paper 16 which covers the strong bonding portion 15 before use and releases it when in use, and a micro-perforation 17 to separate the strong bonded portion 15 when opening.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
