PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable pay-out mechanism to in-liquid investigation equipment and a cable pay-out method to the in-liquid investigation equipment, capable of simplifying liquid sealing structure of a penetration part, by avoiding putting-in-and-out of a cable in the penetration part between a fluid portion and an outside, and capable of facilitating the pay-out and winding of the cable to the in-liquid investigation equipment.;SOLUTION: This cable pay-out mechanism to the in-liquid investigation equipment 20 pays out and winds the cable 42 for connecting the in-liquid investigation equipment 20 for investigation under a sealed state, to control and monitoring equipment 50 located in an outside of a sealed portion, and is provided with a winding drum 33 for paying out and winding the cable 42 connected to an in-liquid investigation equipment 20 side, in an inside of the sealed portion.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
