PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform operation check of a fare decision program sufficiently by improving generation efficiency of a prediction result to be compared with the test result of the fare decision program and analysis efficiency of a cause about differences in the comparison result.;SOLUTION: The fare decision program confirming apparatus is provided with a control part 11 for reading from an HDD 12 a test ticket generation program for generating a plurality of train tickets for test, a fare decision program for generating first fare data when the train ticket data for test are given as input data, and a simulation program for generating second fare data when the train ticket data for test are given as input data, and executing them.
