Photoprotective film-forming composition, especially for protection and restoration of monuments and use thereof

The film-forming polymer composition comprising a polymer matrix with a chemically built-in UV filter (UV absorber) benzotriazole type, whose principle consists in that the matrix consists of at least one ester-based polymer .alpha., .beta. - Unsaturated acids and these acids themselves, wherein said composition further comprises additives such as additional UV absorbét formed hydroxyfunctional substance benzophenone type and / or at least one antioxidant based on sterically hindered amines (HALS), where these additives exhibit synergistic effect increasing permanent protective effect of the compositions. This composition can be applied either directly in the form of a protective film to the protected object, or as an adhesive layer on a transparent colorless films which are applied to the transparent plate (e.g., Glass or showcases) and are able to filter all the UV light source that illuminates protected area with the protected subject or subjects. Photoprotective film-forming composition several times increases the resistance of the object protected against UV radiation and thus ensure the required environment for long-term storage of objects with high cultural and historical value.
