A method for generation of samples of random angular values by a given distribution law consists in that within interval with value 2π one constructs a function of probability density distribution for a random angular value with application of the method of inverse function to it. The probability density distribution function is obtained on basis of Johnson’s transformation by given parameters with evaluation of the value of circular average for it. Generated sample is shifted to the given circle section with account of circular average obtained.
