The invention relates to the experimental medicine and veterinary, namely to the use of unmodified Cfullerenes as high performance agents for photodynamic inactivation of mosquito iridoviruses. The use of the invention provides controlled generation in virus-containing material of active forms of oxygen, responsible for oxidation stress and destruction of virions.
