PAMAM dendrimers based on derivatized alkylsulfonyl groups. # The present invention describes compounds derived vinylsulfone comprising a core PAMAM derivatized alkylsulfonyl groups and the preparation process thereof. These compounds form complexes with DNA fragments are useful for transfection of cells, so the present invention also discloses the use of these compounds as transfection agents.
