Endoxylanase thermoresistant obtained by mutagenesis and its application to the process of obtaining bioetanal. # The present invention describes a peptide sequence to have been replaced a number of amino acids by site-directed mutagenesis from the coding sequence of endoxylanase from Aspergillus nidulans for an endoxylanase which has a higher thermal stability. Furthermore, the present invention relates to the use of this endoxylanase for obtaining xylan from plant material and the subsequent use of this xylan in processes for obtaining ethanol.
