PURPOSE: A learning searching method of the driving path of a vehicle and an apparatus thereof are provided to select an optimal driving path by learning about the driving path and searching the driving path through the adding of a weight factor.;CONSTITUTION: A learning searching method of the driving path of a vehicle comprises the following steps. The weighted factor is given to the base on map data according to the divided road, weekday, hour and the weather based on the driving history information of a driver(101). The road, weekday, hour and the weather including a starting point and a destination point are input from the driver(103). A plurality of roads located between the starting point and destination point is searched(105). A study is practiced based on the weighting factor about road, weekday, hour and the weather(109).
