PURPOSE: A valve lock device is provided to prevent safety accidents by setting the manipulation limits of a valve handle to a person who has a key.;CONSTITUTION: A valve lock device comprises a fixture(110), a bracket(120), and a lock(130). The fixture comprises a fixed hole and rotates around a hinge shaft(13) formed in an upper handle(12) backend of valve(10). The bracket is formed on a lower part handle(14) of a valve and comprises a supporting part and a through-hole.
