PURPOSE: A consumer-led open/participation social commerce service system and a method thereof are provided to promote a recommended product that consumers promote to other people, thereby obtaining the satisfaction of all consumers, brokers, and sellers.;CONSTITUTION: A product posting unit(110) receives contract data and information related to a product which is contracted between consumers and sellers from a consumer terminal. The product posting unit posts the contract data on a web site of a broker.
