PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing Makkoli containing fermented pine needle liquid is provided to ensure excellent taste and flavor of Pinus densiflora needles. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufactuirng Makkoli containing fermented pine needle liquid comprises: a step of washing and dipping rice and steaming at 120-125C for 30-40 minutes and cooling; a step of inoculating 0.25-1.0 weight parts of white-koji mould to 100 weight parts of rice and propagating at 32-35C and 90-95% of moisture for 24-36 hours ipgukmi(rice for brewage); and a step of mixing 1.5-3.5 weight parts of yeast, 0.1-1.0 weight parts of organic acid, and 100-160 weight parts of water to 100 weight parts of ipgukmi and culturing at 26-30C for 48-60 hours to prepare distiller's grains.
