PURPOSE: A back washable water purifying system and a method for purifying water are provided to expand the life expectance of membranes and to improve operational characteristics by omitting the replacing of the membranes.;CONSTITUTION: A back washable water purifying system includes a first filter, a second filter, a first conversion valve, and a second conversion valve. Both sides of the first filter and the second filter are connected. The first conversion valve is arranged at one respective side of the first filter and the second filter to determine a path. The second conversion valve is arranged another respective side of the first filter and the second filter to determine a path. In case of a normal operation, fluid through the first filter passes through the second conversion valve. In case of a back washing operation, fluid through the second filter passes through the fist filter to be back washed and passes through the first conversion valve to be discharged.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
