PURPOSE: A micro valve, a method for manufacturing the same, and a micro-fluidic chip including the same are provided to improve reproducibility and to prolong time of use by using semi-permanent materials.;CONSTITUTION: A micro valve includes a thin film composed of a polymer at a lower side of a hole passing through a micro chip. The diameter of the hole is between 1.5 and 4mm. The center part of the thin film is thin, and the wall of the thin film is thick. The center part thickness of the thin film is between 1 and 30um. The polymer is selected from PDMS, rubber, poly butadiene, poly isobutylene, polyurethane, a combination of the same, and a pre-polymer of the same. A method for manufacturing the micro valve includes the following: a hole is formed on the micro chip; a chip is arranged on a film; liquid polymer is injected into the hole to form the thin film; the thin film is cured; and the film is eliminated.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
