PURPOSE: A Cu-Sn-Mo based alloy with high strength and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent cracks during post processing by forming uniform microstructure without a few secondary phases.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a Cu-Sn-Mo based alloy comprises the steps of: preparing molten metal including 8-16wt.% of Sn, 0.1-0.5wt.% of Mo, and Cu, dropping the molten metal through gas sprayed from a gas sprayer(40) in order to spray droplets(50) of the molten metal, and continuously stacking the droplets on a substrate arranged blow the gas sprayer to form alloy billet.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
