PURPOSE: An epoxy composition for mold load switch and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve a tracking resistance property, coefficient of thermal expansion, and mechanical strength by using alumina trihydrate and silica as fire resistant agent.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an epoxy composition for mold load switch comprises the following steps: a step of drying silica and alumina trihydrate at 80-200 deg. Celsius for 1-50 hours; a step of manufacturing a resin part by mixing the epoxy resin with diluent and the dried silica with alumina trihydrate at 50-100 deg. Celsius for 1-5 hours; a step of manufacturing a hardening part by mixing a hardener with a promotor at 50-100 deg. Celsius for 1-5 hours; and a step of mixing the resin part with the hardener in weight ratio of 10:1-10:14.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
