PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a polymer/carbon nanotube composite is provided to obtain a polymer/carbon nanotube composite having reduced shea stress at mulling, maintaining excellent thermal property of a polymer, and having excellent material efficiency, electric performance, and especially excellent surface resistance. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a polymer/carbon nanotube composite comprises: a step of manufacturing compound chips by melt-mixing 80-89.5 weight% of polycarbonate, and 0.5-5.0 weight% of carbon nanotubes; and a step of mixing 10-15 weight% of glass fiber into the compound chips. In the step of manufacturing compound chips, after manufacturing thermoplastic chips by melt-mixing the polycarbonate and the carbon nanotubes, preheating the thermoplastic chips to specific temperature, adding paraffin and oil are added, and the compound chips are manufactured.
