PURPOSE: A hollow surface enhanced Raman scattering dot and a disease diagnosis using optical imaging technique are provided to rapidly and accurately detect a multiple marker of a biological specimen and to perform a quantitative analysis.;CONSTITUTION: A hollow surface enhanced Raman scattering dot and a disease diagnosis using optical imaging technique are as follows. A specific surface enhanced Raman scattering dot compound is processed in a multiple marker of a specimen. Raman signals corresponding to the multiple marker are measured so that a relative quantity of the multiple marker is calculated. The surface enhanced Raman scattering dot comprises a metalic nano particle layer in which metal is embedded on a surface of the metallic nano particle layer. A Ramman probe layer is formed in the metallic nano particle layer. A functional group is formed in the Raman probe layer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
